Lead product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, governance, release decisions, and adoption for greenfield Generative AI products across Markets Technology. Partner with engineering, traders, business stakeholders, risk, controls, and senior leadership to prioritize investments, define product outcomes, validate user needs, and drive measurable adoption and business value. The role requires strong product judgment, stakeholder leadership, agile delivery experience, and familiarity with LLM-based applications in regulated financial environments.

Support Banking deal teams by reviewing potential engagements for transactional conflicts and reputation risk, driving business selection decisions, coordinating with senior management and control functions, performing qualitative analysis, advising on risk mitigation, verifying documentation, tracking metrics, training bankers, and helping improve conflict clearance systems and policy.
