Supports global Spread Products trading applications and eTrading platforms in a production environment. Responsibilities include trade-floor user support, follow-the-sun coverage, overnight risk batch monitoring, downstream feed investigation, incident and task management, observability improvements, resiliency initiatives, and collaboration with development teams. The role requires analytical problem solving, crisis response, prioritization, scripting, Unix, SQL, log analysis, and communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Build greenfield software projects using AI technologies for Citi’s Production Management teams. Develop AI agents, integrate LLM APIs, and design, iterate, and evaluate prompts. The role requires software engineering experience, ideally in Python, hands-on AI/ML engineering, strong prompt engineering expertise, and the ability to learn rapidly evolving frameworks. Collaboration in a global matrix environment, technical communication, and a systematic engineering mindset are also valued.

Lead Citi’s payments clearing modernization product, including rollout of a strategic processor and integration with major global market infrastructures. Serve as a SWIFT CBPR+ and ISO 20022 subject matter expert, define requirements and business cases, manage the product lifecycle, lead transformation initiatives, and coordinate senior stakeholders across global businesses while incorporating regulatory and compliance requirements.
