Intern will learn financial markets, collaborate with traders, researchers, and technologists, apply statistical techniques to develop trading ideas, adapt strategies, and use proprietary trading platforms while networking with senior team members.

Build high-performance tools and large-data research platforms to enable trading strategies. Work in small engineering teams to design systems, develop platforms and web frameworks, and apply techniques such as distributed computing, NLP, and machine learning to solve complex problems.

As a Quantitative Researcher intern at Citadel, you'll develop models, implement trading strategies, and conduct statistical research in finance.
