Serve as a senior HR advisor to EMEA Fixed Income and Macro leaders. Lead workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, talent assessment, performance management, compensation and promotion decisions. Use workforce data to provide insights, guide organizational priorities, and measure talent initiatives. Partner with the Head of People and global People teams, coach leaders and junior HR staff, and drive cross-business talent initiatives across multiple EMEA markets.

Oversee the administration, governance, compliance, and development of employee benefits programs across EMEA. Manage pensions, healthcare, risk, perks, vendors, renewals, provider transitions, and new-market implementations. Partner with Payroll, Legal, Operations, HR, and Communications teams; translate regulations and market data into actionable programs; improve processes; and resolve complex benefits inquiries.

Develop, test, and deploy software solutions for automated trading systems in partnership with Quantitative Researchers. Implement high-performance, scalable systems using advanced quantitative techniques, distributed computing, ML/NLP, and strong software engineering practices. Collaborate on priorities, deliver custom solutions, and engage with senior team members during an 11-week internship.
