Requires strong financial services expertise, C-level stakeholder management, opportunity qualification, strategic planning, and experience leading complex global technology and business transformation programs.

Partners with senior EMEA leaders to align people strategy with business goals. Leads workforce planning, succession, talent development, performance management, organizational transformation, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. Uses HR metrics and people analytics to guide decisions, coaches leaders, and improves HR processes across teams in the UK, Portugal, and Brazil. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, People Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Culture teams.

Lead commercial strategy and growth for a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts. Build C-suite relationships, deliver 20%+ YoY growth, own profitability and forecasting, coordinate cross-functional delivery and thought leadership, and act as escalation point to ensure measurable business outcomes.
