As a Sales Development Representative at Cision, you will engage potential customers, generate leads, manage relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to build a sales pipeline and drive revenue.

Lead and develop People Partners for the UK market; advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession, and performance; manage complex employee relations and change initiatives; drive talent and compensation strategies; implement enterprise HR programs and use workforce analytics to inform headcount and retention decisions.

Responsible for driving new business revenue by acquiring new clients across mid-markets, utilizing consultative sales strategies and managing sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
