Prospect new UK clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media; research markets, build and manage lead pipelines, qualify prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives. The role requires meeting sales targets, learning Cision’s SaaS products, and operating effectively in a quota-driven environment.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, build trusted relationships, provide strategic guidance, resolve service and delivery challenges, and support renewals and upsell opportunities. Coordinate with internal intelligence and delivery teams to ensure accurate, high-quality insights and editorial outputs. Conduct research, writing, editing, quality checks, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk identification while maintaining strong customer experiences.

Leads UK engineering operations, managing engineering managers and software developers responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and supporting mission-critical software products. Oversees architecture, Scrum practices, quality assurance, performance monitoring, production issue resolution, software releases, project delivery, resource prioritization, hiring, and team performance. Partners with project managers and internal stakeholders to integrate technology, improve application effectiveness, and maintain product uptime.
