Deliver roadmap features, troubleshoot and fix bugs, maintain production-quality software, and collaborate on distributed systems architecture including cluster mesh. Integrate with datacenter networking protocols while upholding engineering, code quality, and operational excellence practices.

Leads Customer Success Managers across commercial and enterprise segments, driving customer adoption, retention, renewals, expansion, and recurring revenue metrics. Develops team talent, manages customer health and risk, advises executive stakeholders, and partners with Product, Technical Account Management, Sales, Renewals, and Engineering teams to improve outcomes and grow the ThousandEyes platform footprint.
