Develop, maintain, and optimize CNC milling programs using AlphaCAM for horizontal and vertical machining centres. Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and GD&T specifications; create work-holding solutions; select tooling and cutting parameters; and manufacture precision components to tight tolerances. Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to improve processes, resolve technical issues, and increase efficiency. Support the Machine Shop Supervisor with operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Set up and operate CNC horizontal, pallet-changing, and multi-axis machining centres to produce precision components. Responsibilities include loading programs, setting offsets and datums, interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T, selecting tooling, making program edits, performing inspections, correcting machining issues, maintaining equipment, and following quality, safety, and 5S procedures.

Lead the finance function and manage a team while overseeing financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, statutory accounts, tax returns, cash flow, debtors, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role supports strategic planning, ensures compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, and advises managers on budget performance and corrective actions.
