Responsibilities include clinical governance, infection control, audits, safeguarding, workforce planning, scheduling, resource management, team development, and regulatory compliance. The role requires an NMC or HCPC registration, perioperative leadership experience, strong theatre expertise, and knowledge of budgeting, business development, scheduling software, and electronic patient records.
