Provides commercial finance leadership and expertise to hospital senior management teams across multiple sites. Oversees financial planning, performance monitoring, KPIs, revenue, costs, EBITDAR, working capital, financial controls, and business-case appraisals. Leads finance process consistency, supports change management, maintains accurate accounting structures, and trains hospital leaders on financial tools and practices.

Provides administrative support to the decontamination unit, production, and management teams. Responsibilities include answering customer calls, coordinating endoscope bookings and deliveries between hospitals, arranging repairs and service contracts, ordering supplies, and maintaining adequate stock levels. The role requires accurate, organized work, effective communication, teamwork, initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
