Lead assessment, treatment and management of complex MSK patients, using advanced clinical reasoning. Provide supervision, mentoring and training to junior staff and students. Develop clinical pathways, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to audit, service development and quality improvement. Build therapeutic relationships and promote patient self-management.

Provide administrative support to the decontamination unit, including answering customer calls, managing bookings and loaning of flexible endoscopes, coordinating repairs and supplies, and supporting production and management teams across rotating shifts.

Lead and manage oncology clinical services, ensuring safe, evidence-based patient care and operational efficiency. Oversee staffing, clinical governance, budgets, team development, performance management, and stakeholder engagement while working clinically at least one shift weekly to support service launch and quality improvement.

Provide clinical pharmacy services for inpatients and outpatients including medication reviews, reconciliation, prescribing review and authorisation, patient counselling, medicines optimisation, incident reporting, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and procurement to ensure safe, cost-effective medication use.

Provide high-quality general and specialised radiographic procedures (including MRI and CT), ensure radiation safety and IRMER compliance, perform IV contrast injections, supervise and train staff, and support efficient Imaging Department operations across flexible shifts.

Provide patient-centred support within the imaging department under supervision of a registered practitioner. Assist the multidisciplinary team, maintain customer service standards, follow NMC/HCPC professional conduct, complete mandatory training, and demonstrate competence in imaging assistant duties across flexible shifts.

Lead and manage Outpatient, Pre-Assessment and Minor Procedure departments. Provide visible clinical leadership, work clinically at least one shift weekly, ensure safe staffing and patient flow, manage rotas and budgets, drive service improvements, support clinical governance, patient safety and multidisciplinary working.

Lead theatre team delivering perioperative care across anaesthetics, surgery and recovery. Promote patient safety, infection control, clinical standards, audits and governance. Support staff development, workforce planning, budgeting and use of theatre scheduling and electronic patient record systems to improve efficiency and quality.

Provide senior clinical pharmacy input within multidisciplinary teams for oncology and haematology patients, including medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, therapeutic drug monitoring, medicines optimisation, guideline development, safety reporting, and mentoring junior staff to improve prescribing safety and cost-effectiveness.

Lead clinical delivery for the Imaging department, oversee staff deployment and revenue capture, liaise with consultant radiologists, attend meetings, and perform radiographic examinations to professional standards.
