Provide corporate housekeeping and M&A administrative support, manage IP administration, assist insurance and governance processes, coordinate Powers of Attorney, maintain legal reporting and data rooms, support the Group General Counsel with budgeting, document execution, notarisation/apostilles, and internal legal projects.

Coordinate and grow Urban Hubs products across European markets: act as SME for product verticals, drive business development and partnerships, define requirements, support country rollouts, build reporting and financial models, and represent the product at events.

Analyze sales, market and competitor data to develop pricing recommendations, forecast demand, monitor pricing strategies, build dashboards, identify revenue opportunities, support budgeting, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize revenue and evaluate promotions.

Partner with Sales leadership to manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Analyze sales performance, build dashboards and reports, support period-end close, monitor sales expenses, advise on pricing and compensation, and drive process improvements to strengthen financial controls and sales profitability.

Own end-to-end bookkeeping for German and Jersey entities: daily transactions, month/year-end close, reconciliations, consolidation, management reporting, forecasting, HGB compliance, tax support, audit assistance, and process improvements to support business decision-making.

Lead EMEA HR operations partnering with global HR and senior leaders. Drive compliance, employment law and industrial relations (strong French expertise), implement talent and organizational strategies, manage complex employee cases, support talent acquisition, and enable scalable people operations across EMEA.
