Leads corporate functions compliance within a global bank’s Risk Management organization. Oversees Compliance Officers, regulatory compliance management activities, regulatory landscape analysis, risk assessments, process optimization, and advisory services across quantitative risk and corporate function areas. Builds relationships with business and regional leaders, ensures alignment with regulatory expectations, and coaches teams. The role is hybrid, requiring two to three days per week onsite in London.

Leads the strategy, architecture, and delivery of Global Markets data and AI engineering capabilities. Owns platform modernization, cloud-native services, data products, MLOps, AI workflows, governance, security, compliance, and operational controls. Partners with trading, sales, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders while developing multidisciplinary engineering teams and setting enterprise delivery standards.
