Supports the EMEA Client Strategy team across auction sale management, client targeting, catalogue campaigns, events, client intelligence, pipeline tracking, and business development initiatives. The role analyzes transactional and client data, prepares reports and debriefs, maintains data quality, coordinates follow-up activities, and supports engagement strategies for prospective, new, and existing clients across Luxury, Classics, and Old Masters markets.

Leads enterprise procurement for all non-technology spend, advising executives on sourcing, investments, supplier strategy, negotiations, savings, risk, governance, and value realization. The role establishes procurement frameworks, strengthens business-owned supplier management, develops commercial capability, and leads operating model change across a complex global organization.

Leads technology procurement and commercial strategy across software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and managed services. Partners with the CIO and executive leaders on investment appraisal, supplier strategy, negotiations, licensing, contracts, risk, governance, savings, and value realization. Oversees the technology supplier ecosystem, strengthens procurement operating models, and coaches the Technology & Strategic Sourcing Manager. Drives commercial challenge, supplier performance, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing outcomes across a complex global organization.
