The role also manages key projects, improves processes, supports auctions, and collaborates with specialists, researchers, and internal departments.

One-year internship supporting Christie's Chinese, Japanese, Classical Indian, and Contemporary Indian Art departments. Responsibilities include cataloguing and research, library and office upkeep, sale-view preparation, condition imaging, valuation research, catalogue distribution, administrative coordination, copyright and exhibition-loan requests, photography coordination, and competitor sales tracking. The role requires an art history or relevant degree, art-sector experience, multilingual ability, organization, client-facing skills, and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.

Voluntary, unpaid London work experience providing observational exposure to Christie’s specialist, operational, and corporate teams. Participants shadow staff for one to four weeks, work full-time Monday to Friday, follow business dress and confidentiality requirements, and may indicate preferred clusters such as art departments, operations, marketing, finance, HR, or legal.
