Lead QA for Customer Support and AI Agents as the human-in-the-loop reviewer. Conduct reviews across support and complaints teams, identify trends and failure patterns, deliver actionable insights, refine QA frameworks, present performance reports to leadership, collaborate with L&D and product/AI governance, and drive process improvements to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency across human and AI-assisted support.

Lead Chip's CRM and lifecycle function end-to-end: own roadmap, metrics and Braze platform; drive activation, retention and cross-sell economics; build an AI-native CRM using Claude/LLMs; measure incremental lifecycle impact; collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product and Ops; coach and grow a small team into a commercial profit centre.

Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media; troubleshoot technical issues; report bugs and UX problems; support app growth and development; prioritize tasks across shifts to deliver excellent end-to-end customer experiences.

Drive end-to-end business cases for new product lines and commercial initiatives: market sizing, competitor benchmarking, financial modelling, partner/build/acquire assessments, and present recommendations to ExCo while working cross-functionally to enable execution.

Senior second-line-of-defence role owning end-to-end financial crime compliance monitoring and assurance across AML, fraud, sanctions, PEPs and SARs. Deliver control testing, data-driven MI, assurance reporting, EWRA contributions, remediation tracking, LEA responses and horizon scanning. Provide expert advisory to first-line teams and support MLRO reporting while applying AI-assisted tools to improve coverage and efficiency.

Lead and own the end-to-end Pension product roadmap, shaping strategy, defining requirements, coordinating engineering/design/ops/compliance, managing third-party integrations, setting success metrics, and aligning senior stakeholders to deliver and iterate on the pension proposition.

Conduct CDD (PEPs/sanctions), investigate alerts and source-of-wealth queries, perform document reviews, action risk-based account closures, make financial-crime recommendations, follow and improve processes, and support cross-team requests in a regulated fintech environment.

Lead quality strategy and execution across Wealth Management products. Build and maintain automation for microservices, APIs and end-to-end flows, own performance testing, embed shift-left practices, monitor and debug distributed systems, integrate tests into CI/CD on AWS, and influence cross-functional teams. Drive QA for AI-driven features and mentor others while operating under high pressure.

Lead and improve day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle at a scaling, regulated fintech. Provide pragmatic employment law and employee relations guidance, manage complex ER cases, support onboarding, performance and compensation cycles, update policies and processes, coach People team members, partner with leadership on organisational change, and use AI/automation to increase People operational efficiency and communications.

Lead regulatory work for new wealth and advice products: shape propositions, prepare and review regulatory submissions, update policies and governance, horizon-scan FCA/PRA/FOS guidance, and partner with Commercial and Product teams to enable compliant, customer-centric product launches.
