Own retention and lifecycle marketing for B2B accounts using HubSpot (decision-makers/admins) and Braze (learners). Build engagement, re-engagement, and renewal campaigns; create a self-serve Enablement Hub; run on-site learner sessions and seasonal campaigns; track engagement and retention metrics; support customer advocacy and flag expansion opportunities to Customer Success and Sales.
