Lead and grow PM teams, prioritise commercial and platform investments, integrate AI/ML across product (search, matching, personalisation, automation), partner cross-functionally, and represent product to the board and investors to drive revenue, retention, and growth.

Identify and research potential leads, conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify prospects, convey Checkatrade's value, warm leads for handoff to account management, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and conversion.

Lead analytics, ensure metric integrity, validate AI-generated analysis, design and interpret A/B tests, diagnose drivers of commercial performance, turn insights into prioritized actions, and build dashboards and self-serve tools to enable stakeholders.

Own and grow commercial partnerships and pipeline, close £100k+ deals, drive advertising and sponsorship revenue across channels and products, collaborate with marketing/product/social teams, and shape partnerships strategy to unlock new revenue for a home improvement marketplace.

As Pricing and Revenue Lead, you will oversee commercial programs, drive member engagement, enhance subscription performance, develop pricing strategies, and implement AI solutions for efficiency.
