Supports group and subsidiary capital management, including capital planning, rebalancing, debt and equity structures, dividend strategy, regulatory and statutory reporting, rating agency submissions, and return-on-capital analysis. The role develops capital policies and strategies, prepares governance papers, coordinates with Lloyd’s, China Re, regulators, banks, lawyers, and internal finance teams, and provides capital-related reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Support Claims department operations across business lines: re-engineer processes, manage claims workstreams and third-party relationships, oversee reporting and regulatory submissions, coordinate IT/system testing, manage bordereaux and external panels, and assist with claims data entry and settlement processing and ad hoc projects.

Senior technical role supporting Exposure Management with focus on non-traditional reinsurance (ILS). Responsibilities include technical review and design of ILS treaties, stakeholder engagement, catastrophe model validation support, portfolio optimisation using statistical methods, automation and process improvements, and integration of pricing/aggregation systems with modelling tools.
