Lead and own end-to-end EU media strategy across priority markets, manage two direct reports, collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams, drive omni-channel media plans (online and offline), optimise campaign performance and budgets, and test innovative formats to maximise ROI and retail/DTC sales.

The Senior Digital Product Designer will create holistic digital experiences and collaborate with various teams to ensure app functionality, aesthetics, and alignment with brand vision.

Partner with Magic Office leadership to deliver HR support across performance management, talent mapping, succession planning, employee relations, long-term sickness/occupational health cases, compensation & benefits coordination, and culture/engagement initiatives. Act as trusted advisor, drive people strategy changes, partner with Reward, People Services and L&D, and help shape employee experience for the business area.
