The Performance Creative Manager will develop creative strategies for performance marketing, manage UGC campaigns, and analyze creative performance to optimize marketing efforts.

Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML systems across the full lifecycle, including agentic systems (RAG, prompt engineering), non-GenAI models (recommenders, forecasting), APIs/microservices, CI/CD and IaC, monitoring and guardrails, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure scalable, secure, and observable ML solutions.

Support the Business Manager to run counter operations, drive sales and KPIs, coach and develop the retail team, maintain visual merchandising and service standards, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
