Provides administrative and legal support to Associate General Counsels in Corporate and Technology and Innovation. Responsibilities include budget and invoice tracking, travel and calendar management, event and project coordination, drafting and proofreading legal documents, contract signing support, presentations, reports, and training materials. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience supporting senior executives; legal or law firm experience is preferred.

Leads the Selfridges Accessories retail team, delivering luxury client experiences, coaching Fashion Advisors, maintaining visual merchandising and operational standards, and driving sales, clienteling, CRM, and business priorities. Acts as the link between shopfloor staff and senior management, provides feedback, manages daily challenges, fosters team development and psychological safety, and protects CHANEL’s brand standards.

Develop and deliver internal, leadership, and external communications for Fondation CHANEL. Responsibilities include drafting speeches and briefings, supporting stakeholder engagement, monitoring emerging issues, creating storytelling materials, and building communications tools, guidelines, and processes. The role requires strong writing, editing, judgement, visual communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate complex organisational work into clear, compelling messaging.
