Manage UK regional forecasting, ordering, inventory and catalogue for sales, marketing and ecommerce. Coordinate campaign and fragrance supply, update out-of-stock reports, execute monthly orders, support reverse logistics and obsolescence management, and maintain process documentation while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Lead global legal operations and transformation programs, integrating AI and legal technology to improve processes, KPIs and service delivery. Manage cross-functional projects, stakeholder engagement, reporting and change management while building legal ops community, dashboards and executive communications to support the Global Legal team.

One-year internship supporting the Global Data Program: research data convergence best practices, document the data tech blueprint and core models, map AI readiness dependencies, prepare executive presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance data convergence and AI enablement across the organisation.
