As a Fragrance Specialist at CHANEL, you will elevate the fragrance category through personalized consultations, storytelling, and service, while also promoting makeup and skincare. Your role includes delivering exceptional client experiences, hosting events, and mentoring colleagues to drive business success and client loyalty.

Lead the boutique floor to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences by coaching and motivating the Fashion Advisor team, managing daily operations (visual merchandising, replenishment, wrapping), driving business priorities and CRM engagement, reporting performance to senior management, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture aligned with CHANEL standards.
