Lead and mentor an engineering team to build secure, production-ready open source libraries. Define technical direction across language ecosystems, dependency and release management, and AI-driven automation. Own comparator gates, LLM-based judge rubrics, and language-specific build systems. Improve build/test infrastructure for reproducible, auditable releases with vulnerability detection, patching, SBOM and provenance. Partner across product and engineering, and represent Chainguard externally to partners and maintainers.

Post-sales primary contact responsible for onboarding, implementation, adoption, and value realization. Build relationships across technical and executive stakeholders, advocate customer needs, coordinate issue resolution with support and engineering, deliver training, and work with sales to drive renewals and expansion while minimizing churn.

Lead full-cycle international recruiting for go-to-market and business roles: partner with leaders to define hires, build global candidate pipelines, manage cross-border hiring processes, deliver a candidate-first experience across time zones, and provide market and compensation insights to scale recruiting operations globally.
