Leads CFGI’s legal function across commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, data privacy, employment matters, and disputes. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, develops legal templates and policies, oversees contract processes, advises senior stakeholders, monitors regulatory requirements, and coordinates external counsel on litigation and complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Manage and negotiate commercial agreements across the UK, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and vendor contracts. Responsibilities include drafting templates and playbooks, overseeing contract lifecycle and approvals, identifying contractual risks, coordinating with external counsel, and improving contracting processes and controls. The role requires strong UK legal and commercial risk knowledge, stakeholder communication, organization, and at least seven years of contracts management experience.

Provides accounting and financial advisory services across transactions, carve-outs, integrations, regulatory reporting, accounting standards research, process improvements, and implementations. Consultants analyze financial information, identify issues, prepare reports, collaborate with auditors and client management, and deliver projects from start to finish while serving as accounting subject matter experts.
