Teams at CFC

Provide administrative support to the Transaction Liability underwriting team: manage inboxes and submissions, prepare reports and spreadsheets, administer diaries, chase subjectivities, assist with invoicing and client setup, review/amend transaction documents, answer calls, and coordinate with support functions to progress transactions to binding.

Develop and maintain commercial insurance products, draft policy wordings and related documents, respond to underwriting and claims enquiries, manage product projects from concept to release, work with systems teams on integration and UAT, perform market and competitor analysis, and ensure compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Lead delivery and evolution of global reward and benefits strategy. Manage benefits providers, run annual compensation and bonus review cycles, provide benchmarking and job-grading expertise (AON McLagan/Willis Towers Watson), produce reward analytics, handle technical reward queries, and ensure regulatory compliance. Support HR and business leaders with guidance and prepare papers for Remuneration Committee.
