Teams at CFC

Act as the key finance contact for assigned business areas, managing P&L, analysing monthly/quarterly actuals, supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and ad hoc projects. Provide commercial insight, challenge decisions, work with MI owners to produce meaningful reporting, and drive improvements in planning and reporting processes to align financial performance with strategic priorities.

Partner with senior leadership to drive performance and strategic decision-making. Own FP&A activities (budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning), develop insightful commercial reporting, challenge stakeholders constructively, and lead improvements in finance processes and tools to support growth.

Work with underwriting, IT and stakeholders to design, document and implement operational processes and efficiencies. Act as liaison between underwriters and IT, manage vendor relationships, produce reports and business cases with data-driven cost/benefit analysis, and drive projects from concept to implementation while ensuring compliance and best practice across the underwriting function.
