The Business Development Manager leads efforts in strategy and business development for the Life Sciences team, focusing on client relationships, proposal management, and marketing initiatives, while mentoring junior members.

Provide administrative support for recruitment and associate resourcing: maintain Workable, schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, prepare rooms, maintain associate trackers and HR systems, produce recruiting reports, and cover basic People team administrative tasks. Support process improvement and use AI tools to improve efficiency.
