Own and drive client-facing global immigration and workforce mobility cases using AI tools. Manage client communication, identify commercial opportunities, solve cross-border issues, support projects, anticipate risks, and work across time zones in a fast-paced environment focused on outcomes and rapid progression.

Lead and transform a global client services team for immigration/legal operations by improving performance, workflows, and technology adoption (especially AI and automation). Drive metrics, training, coaching, and rapid operational change to increase speed, client satisfaction, and delivery quality for enterprise clients.
