Manage AP via Moss, corporate card reconciliations, supplier/customer queries, and lead credit control. Identify and implement AI and automation to improve finance workflows.

Lead and manage end-to-end international entity formation programmes, advising on structures, coordinating registrations, managing external legal/tax partners, ensuring operational readiness, developing playbooks/SOPs, supporting commercial scoping, and driving quality, automation and continuous improvement to deliver scalable global capability and strong client outcomes.

Own strategic customer relationships to drive SaaS product adoption, retention, and commercial growth. Create account success plans, run executive reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, support renewals, track customer health and maintain CRM/account governance.
