Lead and manage end-to-end international entity formation programmes, advising on structures, coordinating registrations, managing external legal/tax partners, ensuring operational readiness, developing playbooks/SOPs, supporting commercial scoping, and driving quality, automation and continuous improvement to deliver scalable global capability and strong client outcomes.

Own strategic customer relationships to drive SaaS product adoption, retention, and commercial growth. Create account success plans, run executive reviews, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, support renewals, track customer health and maintain CRM/account governance.

Manage end-to-end global immigration and expansion casework, advise clients commercially, coordinate international partner network, maintain compliance and billing, drive process and technology improvements, and support account retention and product feedback.

Quota-carrying SaaS Account Executive responsible for end-to-end sales across UK & EMEA: build pipeline via outbound/inbound channels, run value-based sales processes (MEDDIC/SPICED), demo, negotiate, forecast in HubSpot, collaborate with BDRs and marketing, and close multi-country enterprise deals while representing the company at industry events.

Own month-end close and prepare monthly management accounts. Maintain reconciliations, fixed asset register, and revenue schedules. Manage AP via Moss, corporate card reconciliations, supplier/customer queries, and lead credit control. Identify and implement AI and automation to improve finance workflows.
