Lead and deliver reward programmes and projects for Centrica Energy Trading, including benchmarking, incentive design, pay reviews and policy changes. Partner with stakeholders, define scope, secure resources, implement initiatives end-to-end, ensure governance and compliance, and act as escalation point for complex reward queries.

Visit customers at pre-qualified home appointments to assess needs and provide quotes for boilers, central heating, solar panels and air source heat pumps. Meet sales targets, close B2C energy-efficiency solutions, use company vehicle or allowance, complete seven weeks paid training, and work a flexible rota (7am-9pm Mon–Sat).

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining kitchen and white goods appliances in customers' homes, focusing on safety and first-time fixes.
