Lead design and delivery of complex LNG trading platform enhancements, improve resilience and DevOps maturity, resolve production incidents, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, architecture and business stakeholders to translate commercial requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Lead and deliver reward programmes and projects for Centrica Energy Trading, including benchmarking, incentive design, pay reviews and policy changes. Partner with stakeholders, define scope, secure resources, implement initiatives end-to-end, ensure governance and compliance, and act as escalation point for complex reward queries.
