Manages settlement and invoicing for physical and financial energy trades, including invoice validation, payment processing, netting statements, cash forecasting, query resolution, and reconciliation support. The role works with Trading, Finance, Treasury, and external counterparties while maintaining controls, improving processes, and ensuring accurate use of settlement systems in a high-volume energy trading environment.

Leads the launch, operational readiness, governance, performance, financial oversight, and ongoing management of insurance partnerships. Ensures contractual, customer, commercial, operational, and FCA regulatory requirements are embedded across systems and processes. Oversees partnership KPIs, payment validation, risk mitigation, book sustainability, partner assurance, and issue escalation. Manages and develops the insurance partnership team while coordinating with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and external partners.

Develop and maintain gas and electricity demand forecasting models for UK residential customers. Analyze large datasets, customer behavior, policy and societal trends to improve forecast accuracy, reduce energy imbalance costs, and support hedging and trading decisions. Build automated monitoring, visualization and business intelligence tools, collaborate with commercial and data teams, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.
