Provide executive-style operational support for EA Funds: manage grant database and application processing, run analyses and reporting, draft donor-facing communications, coordinate logistics and meetings, improve team workflows and systems, and support financial and project-management tasks to free senior grantmakers for high-leverage work.

Own the strategy, growth, and day-to-day development of CEA's Opportunities Board. Iterate UX and features, run acquisition and product experiments, build tracking and evaluation, manage contractors and engineers, improve sourcing and curation, and explore larger product bets (e.g., CV matching, AI advisor) to increase placements into high-impact roles.

Lead strategy, execution, and scaling of CEA's 4-day online Career Bootcamp. Own growth targets, marketing, product iteration, experiment design, evaluation, and contractor/team management to increase sign-ups, participant outcomes, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
