Advises senior stakeholders on technology and AI strategy, develops dashboards and automations, manages multiple transformation projects, and communicates roadmaps and realized value to executives.

Lead strategic customer engagements and large-scale transformation programs across supply chain and manufacturing. Build executive relationships, define value roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional Celonis teams, drive platform adoption and measurable business outcomes, resolve escalations, and develop Centers of Excellence. Lead customer advisory boards, advocacy initiatives, events, and thought leadership while mentoring teams and contributing to value engineering resources and playbooks.
