Teams at Celonis

Serve as trusted advisor to banking clients to identify, quantify, and realize value from Celonis Process Intelligence. Lead value assessments, build business cases and demos, run workshops, manage stakeholder communication, drive adoption, expansion and renewals, and feed product teams with customer insights.

The AI Deployment Architect will collaborate with customers to design and implement AI and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with their business strategies. This role involves working closely with product and engineering teams, leading training, and developing scalable solutions and use cases across the Celonis platform.

Lead deployment and onboarding of Celonis containerized solutions as the technical contact: analyze customer architectures, design integrations (APIs, data pipelines), implement Kubernetes deployments and IaC, advise on authentication/user provisioning and security, remove technical blockers, promote reuse, and collaborate with product teams to maximize adoption.
