Leads strategic public-sector customer accounts and end-to-end value realization for Celonis. The role also develops Centers of Excellence, leads customer advisory boards, advocates for customer needs, supports thought leadership, and mentors teams while delivering measurable business transformation outcomes.

Build executive relationships, define value roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive platform adoption and measurable business outcomes, resolve escalations, and establish customer centers of excellence. Organize advisory boards, advocate for customer needs, support thought leadership, and mentor internal teams. The role requires extensive experience in customer success, strategy consulting, large-scale transformation, change management, and executive engagement.

Lead customer value journeys for Celonis, translating strategic priorities into process-improvement use cases, business cases, demos, prototypes, workshops, and transformation roadmaps. Advise on IT and AI strategy, use SQL or Python for prototypes, identify realized value, drive adoption and expansion, manage projects, and present outcomes to senior and C-level stakeholders. The role partners with Sales, IT teams, and ecosystem partners across finance and supply chain transformations.
