Manage a portfolio of mid-tier Cisco customer accounts through proactive engagement, success planning, adoption, risk management, and renewal readiness. Develop KPI-based success plans, conduct business reviews, monitor usage and consumption, identify risks, accelerate value realization, and partner with Sales and Renewals on expansion and renewals. The role also contributes customer insights to improve scalable customer success processes, standards, and tooling.

Supports Cloud FinOps delivery for small and mid-tier customers by analyzing cloud spending, identifying optimization opportunities, assisting with forecasting and budgeting, developing governance frameworks, and preparing reports and dashboards. The role also supports sales proposals, customer education, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of FinOps services across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

Manage a portfolio of direct and indirect suppliers across the full lifecycle: negotiate contracts, run RFPs, lead performance reviews and improvement plans, ensure compliance, align supplier strategies with business objectives, and maintain supplier documentation while improving team processes.
