Designs and delivers complex technical implementation projects for clients, supporting Sales and Solutions teams with technical expertise. Responsibilities include architecture and low-level design, statements of work, project workshops, proof-of-concept development, testing documentation, customer presentations, mentoring, technical escalation, and project delivery within scope, quality, schedule, and budget. The consultant also maintains certifications, improves technical standards, and collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders.

Drives revenue and gross-profit growth for Dell Modern Workspace solutions. Engages customers, qualifies opportunities, develops proposals, leads pitches and commercial sales cycles, and achieves targets. Builds relationships with account managers, customers, partners, and internal specialists; identifies opportunities, manages pipelines and CRM hygiene, supports bids, forecasts sales, and serves as the Dell Modern Workspace subject matter expert. Requires consultative selling, stakeholder management, proposal development, and knowledge of IT decision-makers and structured sales processes.

Lead UK&I employee relations strategy, governance, and complex case resolution, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy, TUPE, and employment tribunal matters. Advise senior leaders, manage ER risks, oversee reporting and analytics, ensure employment-law compliance, facilitate mediation, and lead process improvements. Manage and develop a team of approximately four HR generalists while partnering with global HR teams and delivering manager training.
