Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, manage automated customer journeys, create compelling email content, and improve segmentation and lifecycle marketing. Serve as a Dynamics 365 Marketing subject matter expert, advising and training colleagues while supporting data-driven marketing planning across a global organization.
