Leads operational resilience and regulatory implementation for UK and EU trading services. Responsibilities include maintaining service inventories, impact tolerances, dependencies, RTOs and RPOs; supporting business impact assessments, continuity planning, incident management and resilience testing; automating BC/DR evidence collection and reporting; implementing requirements under DORA, MiFID II/MiFIR and EMIR; coordinating cross-functional controls; and reporting resilience status, testing results and remediation to senior management, committees and auditors.

Owns Cboe Europe's first-line third-party and ICT risk management lifecycle, including inventories, risk-based due diligence, contracting, monitoring, exit planning, resilience testing, governance, and regulatory reporting. Leads implementation of DORA Chapter V and FCA/PRA material third-party requirements, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, strengthens controls, and uses AI to automate evidence gathering, data quality, monitoring, and reporting.

Provides real-time first-level support for trading, market data, and technology issues during Cboe’s US market coverage session in London. Responsibilities include monitoring production systems, onboarding clients, provisioning services, conducting certification and deployment testing, coordinating incident resolution, documenting issues, and supporting trade operations. The role also involves weekend testing, vendor and participant communication, and oversight of low-latency trading systems.
