Lead and integrate Cboe Europe’s UK and Netherlands Compliance functions. Establish an independent second-line framework, oversee compliance risk assessments, monitoring, AML/KYC, financial crime controls, regulatory change, training, management information, and remediation. Serve as MLRO for UK entities, advise boards and committees, and engage with FCA, AFM, and ESMA. The role requires senior leadership across regulated financial services, extensive European market regulation knowledge, and approximately 20% travel between London and Amsterdam.

Design, implement and extend high-performance C++ functionality for pan-European equities trading systems. Own features end-to-end, ensure quality and production readiness, diagnose and resolve production issues, mentor engineers, interview candidates, and provide out-of-hours support as needed.

Provides real-time first-level support for trading, market data, and technology issues during Cboe’s US market coverage session in London. Responsibilities include monitoring production systems, onboarding clients, provisioning services, conducting certification and deployment testing, coordinating incident resolution, documenting issues, and supporting trade operations. The role also involves weekend testing, vendor and participant communication, and oversight of low-latency trading systems.

Own a portfolio of financial-services client accounts across market data, index, and options analytics products. Manage renewals, retention, usage monitoring, onboarding, client engagement, escalations, billing follow-up, and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales. Surface client feedback and product insights, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, communicate product and policy changes, and maintain accurate CRM and portfolio reporting.

Manage software quality engineers testing and deploying high-performance European trading systems. Lead test planning, staffing, automated regression testing, code reviews, test framework development, CI/CD infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting. Apply AI techniques to QA, guide team development, and collaborate with engineering and business teams. Develop trading-system test scenarios across equities, options, futures, and indices while improving system performance, reliability, and testability.

Design, build, and automate operational resilience systems across incident management, BCP/DR, change management, and compliance. Integrate systems, develop AI-assisted workflows and self-service tools, run resilience testing, prepare regulatory assessments, and produce management reporting to reduce manual toil and improve operational metrics.

You will lead complex projects involving Python systems, collaborating with sales teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring operational support for trading systems.
