The Senior Site Reliability Engineering Manager oversees SRE teams across regions, ensuring high availability of trading platforms, leading projects, and managing incident responses.

You will lead complex projects involving Python systems, collaborating with sales teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring operational support for trading systems.

Operate and support low-latency global network infrastructure across on-prem and cloud. Troubleshoot routing, MPLS, firewalls, and packet-level issues; perform incident response, customer onboarding, change execution, monitoring, automation, and deep packet analysis to reduce MTTR and improve observability.

In this role, you'll develop reliable Python systems for trading operations, collaborate on projects, debug issues, and provide operational support.

Provide SRE support for low-latency trading platforms: platform configuration, incident response, performance tuning, capacity planning, automation (Python), SQL analysis, and follow-the-sun on-call coverage from London.

Design, build, and automate operational resilience systems across incident management, BCP/DR, change management, and compliance. Integrate systems, develop AI-assisted workflows and self-service tools, run resilience testing, prepare regulatory assessments, and produce management reporting to reduce manual toil and improve operational metrics.

Build and maintain high-performance, data-driven web applications for market data and trading services. Design full-stack solutions, implement features, write tests, support production, participate in planning and reviews, mentor engineers, and produce documentation and specifications.
