Leads the Strategic Programme Management Office, overseeing portfolio governance, reporting, intake processes, risk, resources, and strategic prioritisation. The role also leads Causeway’s transition to AI-native ways of working through experimentation-focused governance, organisational change, capability building, and executive stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include managing the SPMO team, improving delivery practices, monitoring transformation readiness, and embedding AI-aware metrics and controls across the organisation.

Manage end-to-end delivery of software and hardware projects for Causeway, ensuring projects meet scope, time, budget and quality. Liaise with sponsors, stakeholders and engineering teams, manage risks, change control, governance, sprint coordination, reporting, and transition to support while driving continuous improvement.

Lead month-end close and produce timely management accounts, analyse P&L variances, manage cashflow and VAT reporting, support acquisition integrations, drive process improvements and automation, and lead and develop the finance team while partnering with the business to deliver actionable financial insight.
