Provides financial oversight and analysis for R&D, Product, and IT functions. Builds product-level P&Ls, investment cases, infrastructure cost models, and AI ROI analyses. Tracks delivery performance, technology spending, capacity allocation, and realized investment value. Partners with technical leadership, establishes governance frameworks, and develops reporting dashboards to support investment decisions and programme performance.

Lead the implementation of the technology resilience framework across critical systems, processes, and services. Assess business continuity risks, develop recovery strategies, conduct resilience testing, monitor performance, and drive improvements. The role partners with engineering, product, IT, suppliers, crisis management, and senior stakeholders to maintain continuity during disruptions, improve disaster recovery quality, and report material vulnerabilities and progress to compliance leadership.

Lead regulatory compliance strategy for e-invoicing, Peppol, digital tax, VAT, ViDA, and CTC requirements across the UK, EU, and international markets. Monitor legislation, manage Peppol governance and certification, translate regulations into product requirements, oversee compliance testing and risk management, and advise leadership, engineers, customers, sales teams, regulators, and industry bodies. The role also leads ViDA planning, customer engagement, industry representation, and compliance thought leadership.
