Provides administrative support for development activities, gift and donor record processing, fundraising events, office operations, and approximately 20% executive support for the CEO. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential financial and donor records, preparing deposits and reports, coordinating events and meetings, processing invoices and expenses, managing office supplies and correspondence, supporting board meetings, and arranging CEO travel. Requires occasional travel, flexible evening or weekend work for events, and handling materials up to 25 pounds.

Leads Easterseals Hawaii fundraising and donor development, managing major gifts, corporate and foundation relationships, donor cultivation, proposals, stewardship, fundraising events, sponsorships, budgets, revenue targets, and CRM activity. Builds cross-functional collaboration and engages high-net-worth donors, board members, community partners, and organizational leadership. The role requires travel across Oahu, neighboring islands, and occasionally the mainland, along with evening or weekend availability for events and deadlines.
