Teams at Caseware

Manage strategic accounting-firm accounts across the UK and Ireland, develop account and territory plans, grow revenue, achieve sales targets, maintain forecasts and CRM records, conduct client meetings and demonstrations, support marketing events, handle sales inquiries, and mentor junior colleagues. The role requires consultative selling, software or SaaS sales experience, strong communication, regular travel, and a valid driving licence.

Leads a global instructional design team and oversees scalable product education content for SaaS customers. Establishes learning standards, templates, workflows, governance, and quality practices across self-paced courses, VILTs, webinars, and knowledge content. Partners with Product, Professional Services, trainers, and subject matter experts to translate complex software knowledge into learner-focused education. Aligns content with product releases and adoption goals, evaluates learning technologies, analyzes feedback and engagement, and supports certification, onboarding, and global collaboration.

Work with strategic customers to plan, evaluate and implement Caseware cloud solutions. Design demos and migration strategies, manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, capture product feedback, build toolkits/knowledge bases, and support scalable processes. Attend industry events and contribute to global solutions consulting initiatives.
