Build, deploy, monitor, and iterate on machine learning and GenAI solutions involving pricing, demand prediction, marketing optimization, recommendations, document processing, and intelligent search. Partner with commercial, marketing, product, finance, engineering, and operations teams to translate business problems into production-ready solutions and measurable outcomes. Contribute to data science standards and mentor junior team members.

Lead end-to-end product design for complex marketplace experiences across buying, selling, and dealer-facing products. Drive discovery, prototyping, experimentation, launch, and iteration while partnering closely with product and engineering leaders. Use AI-native tools such as Claude Design and Claude Code to accelerate design and development. Set design direction, mentor designers, influence stakeholders, apply user research and data, and raise the team’s craft and delivery standards.

Own end-to-end UK payroll processing, including compliance, reconciliation, provider liaison, and year-end activities. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions about pay, benefits, policies, and lifecycle matters. Administer benefits, maintain accurate HiBob records, prepare employee documentation, produce reports, and improve workflows using AI and automation. Support onboarding, contractual changes, family leave, and offboarding while safeguarding sensitive information.
