Develop concepts, create scalable visual systems and templates, adapt creative for digital channels, collaborate with marketing, product, editorial, and copy teams, guide freelancers, improve workflows, and explore AI solutions in creative production.

Leads and coaches three Account Managers while managing a personal portfolio of dealer groups. The role owns revenue and retention targets, develops partner relationships, analyzes performance data, creates persuasive presentations, drives upselling, resolves escalations, and collaborates with marketplace, OEM, operations, and field teams. The position is hybrid in London with travel to dealer partners as needed.

Manage dealer-partner accounts for Carwow’s car-buying platform. Responsibilities include building client relationships, analyzing performance, recommending improvements, onboarding and training dealerships, driving retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with the Partner Success team. The role requires proactive communication, consultative problem-solving, stakeholder management, basic data analysis, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
