Own the partnership lifecycle, including identifying opportunities, structuring and negotiating agreements, developing referral channels, and managing senior stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with legal delivery, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive distribution and measurable commercial outcomes for Carta Law.

Manage inbound KYC request lifecycle: intake, verify documentation for AML/KYC compliance, provide client-facing guidance, maintain accurate records, and apply evolving global regulatory requirements to ensure timely, audit-ready resolutions.

Design, build, and scale internal compute, storage, and networking platform services to ensure reliability and performance. Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response; collaborate with application engineers to ensure scalable designs; automate infrastructure and improve systems globally while reducing operational toil.
