As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will lead complex projects, simplify systems, leverage modern tools, foster team growth, and collaborate across functions.

Manage and expand Fund Administration services in the UK/Europe market, support client needs, improve products, and mentor junior team members.

Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, liaise with transfer parties, assist execution workflows, and support lawyers and senior paralegals on high-volume fund matters. Contribute to client delivery, build commercial and legal expertise, and progress toward SQE qualification over time.
