Prospect and qualify legal, fund, and asset manager leads through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, cold calls, digital). Book qualified meetings, maintain CRM accuracy, support sales collateral preparation, and monitor market trends to drive pipeline for Sales Directors.

Sell Carta Law to asset managers and legal services clients across EMEA. Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, influence C-level legal and finance buyers, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build customer relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales planning and execution.

Perform KYC and AML due diligence on private equity fund transactions: analyze transaction and ownership structures, identify counterparties and risks, gather documentation, liaise with deal/legal/compliance teams, ensure regulatory and jurisdictional compliance, and flag issues to prevent deal delays.

Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents, liaise with transfer parties, assist execution workflows, and support lawyers and senior paralegals on high-volume fund matters. Contribute to client delivery, build commercial and legal expertise, and progress toward SQE qualification over time.

Provide high-volume contract support for the UK Contracts team: intake and first-round markup of NDAs and investment documents, first-round drafting for UK lawyers, manage client workflows and document portals, drive contracts to execution, and ensure fast, commercially sound, quality outputs.

Lead and deliver technically complex backend and full-stack projects, simplify architecture, mentor engineers, use AI-assisted tooling, and partner with product and design to build reliable, high-impact solutions.

Design, build, and scale internal compute, storage, and networking platform services to ensure reliability and performance. Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response; collaborate with application engineers to ensure scalable designs; automate infrastructure and improve systems globally while reducing operational toil.

Lead negotiation of complex pre-M&A and multi-party agreements, manage key fund and asset manager client relationships, supervise external counsel, drive legal tech (Carta Ava/CLM) adoption, mentor junior lawyers and senior paralegals, and own the firm-wide clause library and playbook framework.

Act as day-to-day legal contact for institutional investors and asset managers, advising on transactional compliance risks (AML/CTF, bribery, financial crime). Review fund structures, SPVs and multi-jurisdictional ownership, coordinate materials with deal teams and counterparties, and ensure transactions close in compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Manage end-to-end LP transfer processes, supervise paralegals, serve as primary client contact for KYC/AML and transfer documentation, evolve client playbooks, support pitches, and partner with tech to improve AI-driven legal workflows for private funds.

Negotiate and execute high volumes of pre‑M&A contracts (NDAs, NRLs, joinders, engagement letters), act as primary day‑to‑day contact for fund and asset manager clients, maintain contract playbooks, mentor junior lawyers, use and improve AI-backed legal tools, and manage the full contract lifecycle from review to execution.
