Manages full-cycle recruiting across EMEA and Japan, including staffing strategy, sourcing, interviewing, assessments, offers, candidate experience, visa compliance, and onboarding coordination. Partners with hiring managers and HRBPs, manages ATS reporting, develops talent pipelines, negotiates with search firms, trains interviewers, supports compensation benchmarking, and contributes to recruitment policies and compliance audits.

Vice President on the Secondary and Portfolio Finance team, leading evaluation, structuring, due diligence, valuation, execution, and documentation of private credit and credit secondary investments. The role prepares investment committee recommendations, manages sponsor relationships, mentors junior professionals, supports fundraising, and provides investor updates.

Supports day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, including invoice and employee expense review, coding, approvals, supplier setup, banking validation, payment processing, reconciliations, and exception resolution. The role maintains supplier and stakeholder relationships, performs control procedures, assists with payment runs, and provides guidance on expense policies and Concur-related queries. It requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and at least three years of relevant experience preferred.
