Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing strategy, candidate interviews, hiring-manager collaboration, C-level hiring, recruitment reporting, and process improvement. The role focuses on IT and marketing/sales recruitment across European and potentially U.S. markets, using ATS platforms, reporting systems, AI tools, and automation to improve hiring outcomes.

Lead creative ideation, research emerging short-form video trends, develop and test creative hypotheses, coordinate creators and remote shoots, manage projects from concept to delivery, collaborate with media buyers on test plans, analyze performance metrics (CTR, watch time, CPA), and iterate to scale high-performing ads.

Create and edit performance-focused video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and landing pages. Develop concepts, motion graphics, visual effects, sound design, AI-generated characters, avatars, voice synthesis, and realistic lip-sync. Analyze performance metrics, run creative A/B tests, and optimize videos for conversion. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and copy teams while researching trends and integrating emerging AI production tools.
