Lead product for an AI operating system used by private equity firms. Define product strategy, work with founders and customers, build and scale the product organisation, prioritize and ship AI-first features (LLM/agent-powered), and ensure commercial impact and adoption across enterprise users.

Design, build, and operate production AI systems and agents for private equity workflows. Own agent harness, tool integrations, retrieval/search, evals, and document ingestion pipelines. Ship and iterate features end-to-end to meet professional reliability and citation standards, working across backend and ML infrastructure with product and engineering teams.

Work with private capital clients to implement Capsa AI: run technical setups and integrations, design and execute PoCs that prove ROI, drive adoption and convert pilots into paid enterprise contracts, build repeatable implementation playbooks and training, engage C-suite stakeholders, feed product insights back to the roadmap, and support commercial contracting and expansion.
