Lead and build the finance function for a high-growth B2B SaaS startup: own financial model, monthly close, board packs, FP&A, controls, treasury, cap table and equity administration, R&D tax claims, and Series B readiness. Hire and develop a small finance team and partner with founders on commercial decisions and fundraising.
