Teams at CAPS Payroll

Lead sales growth across the UK and international markets for Cast & Crew and Sargent-Disc. The role owns senior client relationships, protects existing revenue, develops new business in Film, Television, Streaming, Advertising, and Live Entertainment, and establishes scalable sales processes. Initially quota-carrying and hands-on, the VP will manage pipeline, forecasting, CRM usage, partnerships, and market expansion while collaborating with global teams. Over time, the role will build and lead a high-performing commercial organization.
