Partner with Central Functions to deliver excellent employee experience: provide first-line HR support, coach managers on employee relations, use people data to recommend solutions, and support performance management, learning, wellbeing, inclusion, and people programs.

Lead design, maintenance, and optimisation of the global data platform using dbt, Snowflake, Fivetran and BI tools. Build tested dbt models and data marts, implement CI/CD and automation, leverage frontier AI tooling, assemble complex datasets, mentor engineers, define data modelling standards, and align data architecture with business strategy.

The Lead Software Engineer will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, shape architecture, and lead high-impact projects while remaining hands-on in development.
