Lead People, Talent, and People Ops to raise talent density, architect organisation design, embed AI-first ways of working, build employer brand, and steward company culture while reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Leadership Team.

Own database performance, scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and cost across a production SQL Server estate on Azure. Optimize queries, indexes, execution plans, and latency-critical card and ledger workloads; design horizontal scaling and HA/DR strategies; build diagnostic and automation tooling; lead incident response; and guide engineers on data access, ORM performance, migrations, and database architecture.

Own a product area autonomously from strategy through delivery, making product decisions, developing subject-matter expertise, managing competing workstreams, and aligning Engineering, Design, stakeholders, and leadership. The role requires strong communication, commercial judgment, customer focus, comfort with front-end and back-end concepts, and knowledge of financial services compliance or journey optimization. Line management of PMs or APMs may be included.
