Design, build, and operate reliable, scalable platform infrastructure. Manage cloud resources, IaC (Terraform, Helm, Go CRDs), Kubernetes and serverless deployments, monitoring/alerting (Datadog), CI/CD pipelines, incident response, SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with product and platform teams to reduce toil and improve developer workflows.

Lead People, Talent, and People Ops to raise talent density, architect organisation design, embed AI-first ways of working, build employer brand, and steward company culture while reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Leadership Team.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using Python and Snowflake. Deploy and orchestrate data services on Kubernetes, implement CI/CD with GitHub, ensure data quality, observability and security, collaborate with engineering and data science, and support ML model deployments and platform reliability.
