Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, execute the sales cycle from prospecting to account management, making 30-50 calls daily, and achieving KPIs to contribute to revenue growth.

Own and optimise end-to-end onboarding journeys across Credit and Banking for new and existing customers. Map full journeys including unhappy paths, drive discovery and competitor research, collaborate with engineers and designers to scope compliant solutions, build reusable platform components, use data and customer insight to prioritise work, present recommendations to stakeholders, and drive delivery.

Build and deploy agentic systems and orchestration layers to accelerate engineering delivery. Develop and maintain an internal AI enablement hub, integrate agentic testing into CI/CD pipelines, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and drive cross-team AI initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.

The Lead Software Engineer will drive technical excellence, mentor engineers, shape architecture, and lead high-impact projects while remaining hands-on in development.

Manage a portfolio of SME customer accounts through the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, high-volume cold calling, pipeline management, onboarding and ramping card spend, and ongoing account management while meeting FCA standards and hitting spend and commission targets.
