The Pensions/Actuarial Analyst will work on DB pension projects, focusing on data quality, benefit corrections, and delivering client-focused solutions within tight deadlines.

Lead commercial direction on public sector bid opportunities: shape deals, lead negotiations and contracting, oversee pricing and financial modelling, identify and manage commercial/legal risks, secure approvals, manage subcontractor flow-downs, and provide in-life commercial contract support.

Lead CDM and HSE audit delivery across Capita Public Services. Advise on CDM for projects, develop CDM strategy, policies, tools and reporting, monitor implementation of recommendations, ensure legal and statutory HSE compliance, and support HSE leads nationally.
