Own and mature the company’s IT estate, including collaboration platforms, endpoints, identity and access, office networking, SaaS tooling, security operations, and third-party MSP management. Establish governed joiner-mover-leaver processes, improve documentation, ensure reliable and secure infrastructure, and develop the IT function. Line-manage and support an IT apprentice while balancing hands-on operational work with strategic planning.

Delivers workshops, webinars, office hours, mentoring, technical support, and assessments for Digital Product Manager apprentices. The role provides learner feedback, supports portfolio development and apprenticeship endpoint assessment preparation, monitors progress, contributes to quality assurance and content development, and helps learners prepare for Gateway. Candidates need product management experience, user-centred design, Agile methods, business analysis, process modelling, change management, teaching or mentoring experience, and a relevant Level 4 qualification or certification.

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new enterprise revenue, engage with senior decision-makers, and execute growth strategies for Data and AI training solutions.
