Facilitates AI leadership programmes for non-technical managers, covering AI strategy, governance, regulation, procurement, risk, workforce impact and organisational transformation. Delivers interactive in-person and virtual workshops, demonstrates responsible use of generative AI tools, manages cohort dynamics, challenges misconceptions and updates learning content in partnership with product and quality teams.

Owns end-to-end delivery of apprenticeship cohorts, ensuring learners, clients, facilitators and internal teams achieve high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include cohort readiness, facilitator line management, attendance and assessment oversight, funded-training compliance, learner escalations, quality assurance, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. The role also manages delivery evidence, supports funding claims, identifies programme improvements through feedback and data, and ensures reliable operational systems and client impact.

Create social-first visual content for LinkedIn and other channels, including graphics, infographics, carousels, motion assets, event promotions, newsletters, podcasts, and campaigns. Use generative AI tools to produce visuals, maintain brand consistency, manage multiple briefs and deadlines, coordinate approvals, update content calendars, and analyze performance to improve future content.
