Facilitates AI leadership programmes for non-technical managers, covering AI strategy, governance, regulation, procurement, risk, workforce impact and organisational transformation. Delivers interactive in-person and virtual workshops, demonstrates responsible use of generative AI tools, manages cohort dynamics, challenges misconceptions and updates learning content in partnership with product and quality teams.

Owns end-to-end delivery of apprenticeship cohorts, ensuring learners, clients, facilitators and internal teams achieve high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include cohort readiness, facilitator line management, attendance and assessment oversight, funded-training compliance, learner escalations, quality assurance, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Create social-first visual content for LinkedIn and other channels, including graphics, infographics, carousels, motion assets, event promotions, newsletters, podcasts, and campaigns. Lead employer-facing product and establish an internal data and reporting portfolio. Own roadmaps, backlogs, service levels for data products, and delivery readiness. Work embedded with engineering pods, hire and onboard the team, define data product standards, drive adoption of data-informed decisions, and manage senior stakeholders across the business.

Mentor apprenticeship learners to identify and implement AI-driven workflow improvements, assess progress against the apprenticeship standard, support portfolio and EPA preparation, provide technical support and mentoring sessions, report learner progress, and uphold safeguarding and equality responsibilities.

The Data Mentor provides technical support and feedback to apprentices, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, assessment, and learner progression monitoring.

The Senior AI Transformation Consultant works with clients to identify AI opportunities, define robust business cases, and oversee AI project deployments, ensuring solutions deliver value.
