Provides first-line HR support across UK and European offices, advising managers and employees on employee relations, performance, policies, benefits, and lifecycle processes. Coordinates onboarding, recruitment, immigration and mobility matters, training, employee communications, and HR projects. Maintains HR records, supports policy development, engagement initiatives, and process improvements while balancing administration with manager support and broader people initiatives.

Lead and manage EU and European government-funded contract opportunities, coordinating sales, legal, and technical teams through RFQ/RFP, proposal development, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract execution while ensuring compliance and stakeholder engagement.
