Drive new business growth for CACI’s Consumer & Market Intelligence group by building senior-level relationships, identifying client needs, pitching data and technology solutions, forecasting revenue, handling objections, negotiating, and coordinating with marketing, presales, and delivery teams. The role focuses on developing opportunities across property, retail, residential, customer insight, and related commercial sectors.

Manage and expand client relationships across UK national security and intelligence sectors. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, shaping and leading bids, maintaining sales forecasts and pipelines, sharing business intelligence, developing partnerships, coordinating resources, and transitioning won work to delivery teams. The role requires close collaboration with technical, portfolio, operations, and workforce teams, regular stakeholder engagement, and support for account escalations. It is primarily office-based in Cheltenham or London and requires eligibility for UK security clearance.

Deliver bespoke spatial analytics and consulting projects, using SQL, Python, cloud platforms, ETL tools, GIS, and visualization software. Develop analyses, predictive models, dashboards, and strategic insights for clients; communicate technical methodologies and findings to stakeholders and senior executives. Own project tasks and deadlines, create efficiency-enhancing tools, and mentor junior team members.
